Quadrant Homes, a homebuilder based in Bellevue, Wash. serving the Seattle area, announced on June 6 via their website that they will begin offering smart home features as standard in all new Quadrant homes. In a statement released on June 7, Ken Krivanec, president of Quadrant Homes, said, “Seattle is an innovative city, and every day in this market we see buyers who want the convenience of a connected home. We decided to make that convenience standard in every new community, so from their first day in the home, buyers can connect with the most popular home automation features.”
